I am a psychologist with several years of practical experience and a PhD in psychology. I am a supervisor for deveIopmental trauma work in NARM ™ approach. I specialize in individual work with developmental and shock trauma. I use many therapeutic tools, which I developed by participating in numerous courses and trainings. While working with a person it is very important for me to discover own resources and work in the perspective of the “here and now”. In my opinion such perspective serves to integrate all levels of human functioning – cognitive, emotional, physical and spiritual. I also develop my work with workshop groups – with body, movement and voice. For many years I have been also conducting classes, workshops and coaching groups in the field of  psychology of stress and trauma, self-regulation and sport psychology.

For many years I have been developing my competences within many courses and trainings in the field of relaxation and imagination techniques, mindfullness training, Gestalt therapy (I completed a three-year training), systemic therapy, dance and movement therapy (I completed over 350 hours of classes), systemic constellations for organizations (I completed a two-year training), dynamic meditation in movement (5 Rhythms®). I am also close to shamanic and tantric paths.
